  • Understanding principles of community development
  • Experience with brand growth
  • Understanding of brand management
  • Sound experience in media strategy
 
Ideal Requisites-
  1. Work experience as a community manager or similar role
  1. Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  1. Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  1. Excellent verbal communication skills
  1. Connected to various learner communities(schools or colleges)
  1. Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  1. Hands-on experience with social media management
 
Just because someone has a lot of social media experience does not mean they will be able to represent our brand accurately.
